Accredited Landlords are all independent landlords providing high quality, rented accommodation in Selly Oak to students wishing to live near the University of Birmingham campus.

We have been working with students in Birmingham for many years and are consequently very familiar with the issues that students face when moving into a student property for the first (or second) time.

We specialise in homes for students and we have a wide range available, from two-bed flats to 12-bed house shares.

Our student properties are located within a few minutes’ walk to the University of Birmingham, regular bus services and University and Selly Oak train stations.

Our landlords are members of the University of Birmingham Lettings Management Scheme (LMS) which recognises and accredits good landlords who provide their tenants with high quality, safe accommodation. We are members of the National Regional Landlords Association (NRLA) which encourages professional standards among landlords through continuous development and training. 

We take our responsibilities as landlords very seriously and value our accredited status as a sign of our professionalism and commitment to providing excellent service to our tenants. Accreditation provides a benchmark for standards of landlord competence and quality of property offered by our group.

We are based locally. The landlord is the direct point of contact and it is never a problem if something needs fixing as we have local trades and maintenance teams on hand to act quickly.
